Guests will experience delicious Canadian cuisine prepared with a dedication to organic ingredients and naturally raised Alberta meat and wild fish. All of our breads, desserts and breakfast pastries are baked daily on site.

We are happy to provide take-out meals that can be picked up in the lodge to bring back to your cabin.

In the summer months, we offer a deli with gourmet sandwiches made daily for hiker’s lunches. 

Our Chefs are very accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions.

Guests can choose lighter selections in the lounge or they can simply relax around a roaring fire and enjoy a moment of kinship with the great explorers of the Canadian Rockies who once passed our way.

Our Wine List is comprised of exclusively Canadian vintages from the internationally acclaimed Okanagan Valley of British Columbia.

Amuse Bouche – Caramelized onion tart, House Bread, Lodge sourdough with smoked honey butter, and Cheese Tasting – Local cheeses with preserves and crisps

Starters
Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque or Seared Scallops and Boar Belly with parsnip purée, rhubarb, and pumpkin seed brittle

Mains
Grilled Steelhead Trout with maple miso and sumac or Braised Beef Cheeks with sauce braisage and cranberry chutney, or Roasted Wild Mushroom and Lentil Wellington with romesco sauce

To Finish
Baked Apple and Berry Streusel with salted caramel ice cream, or Dark Chocolate Torte with Saskatoon berry compote and orange chantilly
